Does the print size specified include a border?
Good question! The answer is yes. All paper print sizes are inclusive of a white border. I recommend framing all of my work with a white border (rather than framing it to the edge of the artwork).

Can I order a custom size print?
Can I order my print framed?
Unfortunately not. Couriering glass framed artwork is a 'no go' zone. Its simply too risky. I can however recommend brilliant framers within the Geelong & Melbourne regions. If you're not from down this way I can load you up with information on framing types, timbers and colours for you to take to your local framer.
When will my artwork arrive?
If you ordered an orginal artwork a courier will be booked and you will receive tracking information via email. You can expect your artwork to arrive within 14 - 20 days. If you ordered a print you can expect it to arrive within 14-20 days.
please note, prints are made to order, I don’t have stock on hand. Everything is printed, packaged and sent by hand. Please be patient.
How will my artwork arrive?
If you ordered an original artwork it will arrive carefully packed between corflute sheets, bubble wrapped secured by packing tape. Please handle with care.
If you ordered a print it will arrive carefully packaged within an industrial postage tube. All prints are handled with the utmost care when being placed into their tubes for postage. Myself and my printer do not allow any imperfections to be passed onto customers. Your print is very delicate and should only be removed from the packaging by a professional framer.
Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for any creases or imperfections caused by incorrect handling or removal from packaging
Can I receive a refund if I change my mind?
Please measure up and choose carefully as unfortunately I cannot offer a refund for a change of mind.
